Do you crave some lovely crispbread, but don’t want to buy it because of the packaging? Just make your own Seeded Crispbread! Our member Josephine Tobin swears by this recipe of Seeded Crispbread. And we are sure you will make it over and over again. 🙂

This recipes is gluten free and can be made nut free by amending the type of flour you use.

What you need:

1/2 cup of sunflower seeds

1/2 cup of chia seeds

1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup of sesame seeds

1/2 cup of rolled oats

1 cup of buckwheat flour

1 cup of almond meal (or 1/4 cup of coconut flour to make it nut free)

1 cup of water

1/2 cup of olive oil

2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Method:

Mix all ingredients into a dough.

Roll out dough between 2 sheets (this recipe will make about 4 trays). Use kniwfe to cut into desired shapes.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and hardened. Remove from paper asap and let cool.

Store in an airtight container.

Enjoy your home made crispbread with dips or cheese. Yum! 🙂
