Get 25% off our Australian-grown organic dried chickpeas this week!

They’re a great alternative to canned ones and reduce waste, no cans! To cut down the cooking time, soak them overnight in cold water or, if you’re pressed for time, in boiled water for an hour. Cook large batches and store them in the freezer. The cooking water or aquafaba is a perfect egg substitute for vegan cooking!

This week we’re sharing a delicious chickpea curry by Nagi Maehashi from RecipeTinEats, in memory of Dozer, Nagi’s famous dog and official taste tester, who passed away last Thursday. Bless him.

This curry is super easy to make and uses very few ingredients.  Please refer to the notes section for tips on using dried chickpeas as Nagi uses canned ones in the recipe.
