We’re really excited to welcome these beautifully crafted breads and pastries to the Co-Op. Every Sunday we will have a selection of sour dough breads, fruit breads and pastries. Tom carefully selects the ingredients he uses in his products, which include Raw Honey, Hunter Valley Organic eggs and NSW Olive Oil.
Imagine starting your Sunday morning with one of Tom’s fresh butter croissants made with unhomogenised milk, cultured butter and organic bakers flour?
A huge hit with our shop staff is Tom’s flourless banana bread. Drop in on Sunday morning for your shop and bag some of Tom’s fabulous bread and pastries. Good news also is that there will be more gluten free options coming soon. Watch this space and we will let you know when they are on their way.
