Support your system with this divine anti-inflammatory warmer.

What you will need:
Juice of one lemon
1cm piece of ginger (or more if you like it spicy)
1cm piece of turmeric
Boiling water
Honey to taste

To prepare:
Pour the lemon juice and boiling water in to a mug
Grate the ginger and turmeric and then squeeze over the mug so the juice drips into the lemon water
Add a dash of honey to taste
Drink and enjoy
