Privacy & confidentiality

During your employment, confidential information may be made available to you. This information must not be shared with anyone outside of the Co-op without prior approval. 

Confidential information may only be disclosed with other team members when necessary and authorised. Team members may not use their position or confidential information for personal gain or for the benefit of an outside party either directly or indirectly. 

Team members involved in a workplace investigation have a duty to maintain confidentiality and display a commitment to uphold the integrity of the investigation process.
