Personal appearance

Team members should present as clean, neat and tidy while working at the shop. 

• A staff t-shirt is provided and must be worn each shift.
• Casual clothes are permitted but must be clean.
• Long hair should be tied back.
• Closed toe shoes are mandatory. 
• Team members should not wear clothing, logos or have visible tattoos that could be considered offensive. 
• Team members must shower or bathe on the day of their shift.
