Drugs and alcohol

The Co-op has zero tolerance to drugs and alcohol in the workplace. Team members must not be under the influence of drugs and alcohol, or possess, distribute, sell or consume drugs or alcohol whilst at the Co-op.

Team members may need to take prescription drugs for legitimate reasons. If these drugs are likely to affect your performance or behaviour you must notify the Store Manager.
