We are very excited to have secured Dr. Christo Miliotis from Fermentingfoods.org for a range of events this November to share his knowledge on fermentation and biodynamics with us. A GP for 18 years, Dr. Miliotis turned to fermentation 10 years ago and has been running fermenting food workshops all over the country. He is very passionate about fermentation and keen to share his deep knowledge and self-developed recipes with others. Be quick and secure your ticket as we only have limited space in the co-op. All proceeds go towards our fundraising efforts for the co-op.
