This smoothie is so indulgent that you can even serve it as a dessert! It’s so rich and satisfying that no-one would guess that it has no added sugar.


(Makes one smoothie or two desserts)

  • 2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Maple Nut Crunch granola or buckinis
  • Optional: cacao nibs, dried goji berries and/or coconut flakes


  1. Add the bananas, coconut cream, cacao powder, maca powder and vanilla extract to blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients for one minute or until the mixture is velvety smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with a generous amount of granola or buckinis.
